How to make a return

  1. Complete the Return Form.
     First, complete the steps outlined in our Returns and Exchanges Portal .
  2. Package your item
    Package your Hand Over item just as it arrived.
  3. Follow the Shipping Instructions
    Follow the instructions provided by our returns portal and place the return label on the package.
  4. Deliver your package
    Take the package to the designated drop-off point.
  5. Receive your refund
    Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund, which may take 2 to 10 business days to appear in your bank account.

Important:
Please note that all returns must be processed exclusively through our returns portal. Hand Over is not responsible for packages sent by Hand Over itself that were not processed using our return labels.

Shipping cost is 9 USD but is free for orders over 250 USD

Peninsular Spain
Shipping costs are €3.90 but are free for orders over €90.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
Shipping costs €12 but is free for orders over €180

European Union
Shipping costs are €4.90 but are free for orders over €200.

Rest of the world
Shipping cost is €19.99

TRACKING MY ORDER
We will send you an email when we ship your order and you will receive a tracking number there.
CUSTOMS CHARGES
The shipping price appears before the checkout screen when you enter your shipping address.
Additional import customs charges may apply for shipments to the following countries:
United Kingdom, Ireland, Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Finland, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Bouvet Island, Isle of Man, Iceland, Åland Islands, Faroe Islands, Jersey, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Mayotte, Montenegro, Norway, Reunion, Serbia, Switzerland, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Turkey, Ukraine, as well as North and South America.
